Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
∎ Provide detailed information about visa options, application procedures, and eligibility criteria.
∎ Convert inquiries into successful sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our visa services.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
∎ Assist clients in gathering required documents and completing visa applications.
∎ Stay updated on the latest visa policies, immigration laws, and regulations.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
∎ Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or visa consultancy.
∎ Strong communication and persuasive skills.
∎ Familiarity with visa types, processes, and immigration requirements, particularly for Europe and the Middle East.
∎ Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain client records efficiently.
∎ Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client success.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bengali (additional languages are a plus).
∎ Previous experience in a visa consultancy or HR services company is an advantage.
