Prepare, organize, and verify visa application documents according to destination-specific requirements.
Handle visa application forms, supporting documents, and submission procedures.
Coordinate visa application submissions through the relevant embassies, visa application centres, and authorized channels.
Keep clients updated regarding application progress, additional document requirements, and processing timelines.
Track passports from entry into the office until submission, collection, and final delivery to clients.
Maintain accurate passport entry and exit registers and update application tracking records.
Communicate with clients over phone calls, WhatsApp, and other official communication channels.
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate application processing.
Maintain client confidentiality and handle passports and sensitive documents responsibly.
Follow company procedures, embassy guidelines, and established service standards.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and online documentation systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients over phone calls and messages.
Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
Previous experience in visa processing, travel agencies, or customer service will be an advantage. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
