∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Must be familiar with Air Ticketing System like Sabre / Galileo GDS;
∎ Should have experience minimum 2 years in processing, Worldwide Hotel Reservation, International Correspondence.
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable to handle Air Ticket & Tourism Operation IATA agency
∎ Fare calculations, Issue, Re issue, Refund & Quotations and Handling group bookings.
∎ Handle customer inquiries both on phone and by email regarding Airlines ticketing and Hotels booking
∎ Holidays package can manage.
∎ Hotel Booking in any destination.
∎ Develop plans for Tour Package and Hotel Booking marketing & promotion and execute the plan accordingly.
∎ Need experience in IATA & GDS.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ valuable clients.
∎ Build and maintain a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Prepare a report as required by management.
∎ Develop and simultaneously create the company's brand image.
