Skills Required: Air Ticketing and Visa processing.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 35 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa consultancy, immigration, or travel services.
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy processes.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (both in English & Bangla).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple cases at once.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM software is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
• Keep records of customer interactions in the system(CRM).
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Stay updated on company products and policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for faster solutions.
• Inbound/outbound calls
• Provide visa consultancy services and assist clients with documentation.
• Handle inquiries, follow up with potential customers, and achieve sales targets.
