Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Student Visa Counselor or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of visa processes for Australia, USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Europe
• Excellent communication skills in *English and Bangla* (both verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple student profiles.
• Proficiency in *MS Office, Email Communication, and CRM Tools*.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Social media presentation skills (Facebook Live, video sessions, etc.) are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an education consultancy or migration agency.
• Experience with CRM systems and online university application portals.
• Confident public speaker – able to represent at events and seminars.
• Passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the Education Consultancy or Immigration/Visa Processing industry.

• Provide professional counseling to prospective students over the phone and in person.
• Guide students through course/university selection, application submission, documentation, SOP/CV/Cover Letter preparation, and visa application.
• Assist students with visa interview preparation and mock interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Prepare and verify academic and visa documents as per requirements.
• Engage with students and audiences through social media, video sessions, and live events.
• Participate in education fairs, university visits, and represent the organization in seminars and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly counseling and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the management team to meet organizational goals.
