Job Context:

We are looking for a Video Editor & Thumbnail Designer with YouTube SEO expertise to join our creative team.
If you are skilled in either video editing or thumbnail design with YouTube SEO, you are welcome to apply — having both skills will be a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

🎬 Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

• Edit videos such as reels, podcasts, marketing videos, and brand promos.

• Create engaging transitions, animations, and motion graphics for storytelling.

• Ensure color correction, sound balance, and overall production quality.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals.

🎨 Thumbnail Design & Creative Content:

• Design eye-catching, click-worthy thumbnails that increase engagement.

• Create social media visuals and promotional graphics for digital platforms.

• Maintain brand consistency and design aesthetics across all visual content.

📈 YouTube SEO & Optimization:

• Develop and apply YouTube SEO strategies to improve visibility and ranking.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize titles, tags, and metadata.

• Monitor video analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies.

• Stay up to date with YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Educational Requirements:

🎓 Formal education is not the top priority — we value skill, creativity, and professionalism above certificates.
However, candidates with degrees in Film, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields are welcome to apply.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1–1.5 years of professional experience in Video Editing, thumbnail design with YouTube SEO.

• Candidates with expertise in any one of these areas are encouraged to apply.

• Those skilled in both will get priority consideration.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent tools).

• Understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and optimization techniques.
