∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in short-form and long form video editing.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut and After Effects.
∎ Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling for social media.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
∎ A creative mindset with attention to detail.
∎ Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.
∎ Familiarity with social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies.
∎ Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Long form Videos[ Like VSLs, Explanatory Video, Faceless, Documentary] in Engish.
∎ Implement creative storytelling techniques to enhance video engagement.
∎ Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create visually appealing and dynamic content.
∎ Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
∎ Stay updated with current social media trends and video editing techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
