Responsibilities & Context: আমরা একজন দক্ষ এবং দায়িত্বশীল Video Editor খুঁজছি, যিনি short-form content, UGC style ভিডিও এবং performance-based creative editing–এ কাজ করতে আগ্রহী।

এই পজিশনে আপনাকে মূলত:

UGC ভিডিও এডিট করা
Facebook / Instagram / TikTok format ভিডিও তৈরি করা
Hook variation ও iteration তৈরি করা
Caption ও subtitle animation করা
Raw footage থেকে clean, engaging video তৈরি করা

🛠️ Requirements:

Adobe Premiere Pro–তে ভালো দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে
After Effects–এর basic knowledge থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
Short-form / Reel style ভিডিও এডিটিং অভিজ্ঞতা
Deadline maintain করার সক্ষমতা
Detail oriented ও creative mindset
Team environment–এ কাজ করার মানসিকতা
🎯 Preferred Skills:
UGC ad editing experience
Performance marketing content–এ কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা
Fast turnaround capability

🎓 Experience:
১–৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা (freshers with strong portfolio can apply)
