আমরা একজন দক্ষ ও ক্রিয়েটিভ Professional Video Editor খুঁজছি, যিনি আমাদের Real Estate ও Agro Farm প্রজেক্টগুলোর জন্য আকর্ষণীয়, প্রফেশনাল এবং মার্কেটিং-ফোকাসড ভিডিও তৈরি করতে পারবেন। প্রার্থীকে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ও ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং ভিডিও সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

🎥 Promotional videos
🎥 Project overview & walkthrough videos
🎥 Social media reels, shorts & ads edit করা
Raw footage থেকে high-quality, engaging video তৈরি করা
Brand অনুযায়ী color correction, color grading, transitions, text animation ব্যবহার
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী background music, subtitles ও motion elements যোগ করা
Marketing team-এর সাথে coordination করে content requirement অনুযায়ী কাজ করা
সময়মতো কাজ ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum ১–৩ বছরের ভিডিও এডিটিং অভিজ্ঞতা
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve বা সমমানের সফটওয়্যারে দক্ষতা
Real Estate বা Promotional video editing experience থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) video format সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা
Creative mindset ও storytelling ability
নিজের কাজের Demo / Portfolio দেখানো বাধ্যতামূলক
Preferred Skills (Plus Point):
Motion graphics বা basic animation knowledge
Ad-focused video editing experience
Drone footage edit করার অভিজ্ঞতা (থাকলে ভালো)
