∎ Familiarity with AI-based tools for editing, such as Runway ML, Descript, or similar
∎ Strong understanding of motion design principles and animation techniques
∎ Attention to detail and a keen eye for smooth transitions, pacing, and storytelling
∎ Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
∎ Good communication skills to work effectively with the team
∎ Knowledge of video SEO and optimization for YouTube
∎ Experience in branding and creating visual consistency across projects

∎ Edit and produce smooth, high-quality videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
∎ Design and create motion graphics that align with brand messaging and elevate content
∎ Develop video thumbnails by using Canva or Photoshop that capture attention and drive engagement
∎ Use AI-based editing tools to streamline workflows and optimize video quality
∎ Ensure content is polished, engaging, and meets the platform's requirements
∎ Collaborate with the team on creative ideas and execution for video projects

If you have 2+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics, proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva and are comfortable using AI video tools to enhance your workflow, we want to hear from you. Your work will be integral in creating dynamic, high-quality videos and motion graphics for social media, promotional campaigns, and more.
