Additional Requirements:
- Age 21 to 40 years
Skilled in video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve).
Knowledge of motion graphics & animation (After Effects / Blender).
Ability to perform color grading and basic audio editing.
Familiarity with video formats, export settings, and compression.
Capable of adding subtitles and on-screen captions accurately.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and skilled Video Editor & Graphics Designer to join our media and communication team at Al Ehsan Academy. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and proficiency in modern video editing and graphic design tools. This role is essential in producing high-quality visual content that reflects the values and identity of our institution.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and academic teams to understand project objectives, messaging, and intended outcomes.
- Edit and produce engaging and professional video content for promotional, educational, and documentation purposes.
- Design visually appealing graphics that align with the academy’s brand identity and communication standards.
- Apply feedback from team members, leadership, and stakeholders to refine and enhance visual content.
- Ensure all visual outputs are consistent with the institution’s branding and quality guidelines.
- Plan, record, and manage video shoots when required (including green screen and indoor/outdoor setups).
- Participate in developing concepts, scripts, storyboards, and production strategies for various media projects.
- Research and stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve content quality.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and communication team to ensure all media outputs meet publishing and campaign standards.
