- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Filmora, and Audition.
- Knowledge of color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Strong storytelling ability with good sense of timing and visual composition.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with both Bangla and English news is a plus.

Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our production team.
The ideal candidate will edit daily news bulletins, special reports, talk shows, and digital news videos for both TV and social media platforms.
You’ll collaborate with journalists, producers, and graphic designers to create visually compelling and informative content that captures audience attention.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit video footage for news bulletins, feature stories, and special programs.
- Cut and combine clips, add transitions, graphics, and sound effects.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual style, and audio quality.
- Work closely with reporters, producers, and cameramen to meet deadlines.
- Create short-form videos and reels for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Maintain and organize raw and edited footage archives.
- Perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced newsroom.
