Job Context:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Video Editor cum Graphics Designer to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate must be capable of producing high-quality videos and graphics, as well as capturing professional photos and footage for various marketing campaigns.

The role requires expertise in video shooting, photography, video editing, and graphic design to support branding, promotional activities, property marketing, and social media content creation.

Responsibilities:

Video Shooting & Photography

• Capture high-quality video footage and photos for real estate projects, properties, events, and marketing campaigns.

• Ensure proper framing, lighting, composition, and stability while shooting.

• Operate DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbal, drone, and mobile camera setups efficiently.

• Organize, sort, and back up all raw footage systematically.

Video Editing

• Edit and produce professional promotional videos, property tour videos, testimonial videos, reels, and event highlights.

• Perform color correction, color grading, transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design.

• Optimize videos for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards.

Graphics Design

• Design engaging social media posts, banners, thumbnails, brochures, flyers, logos, stickers, and other marketing visuals.

• Maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines across all designs.

• Create attractive layouts for advertising and promotional campaigns.

• Stay updated with modern design trends and apply them creatively.

Social Media & Content Management

• Manage and regularly update creative content across social media platforms.

• Optimize visual content according to platform format requirements.

• Maintain a well-organized library of all design and video assets.

• Ensure timely delivery of all content for marketing and promotional campaigns.
