Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or a related field will be given prefer.

• At least 2 years

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in graphic design, content creation, videography, or a similar creative role. But for those with high proficiency, Experience can be flexible.
• Technical Proficiency (Must-Have): Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, video editing, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Multimedia Skills: Strong camera operation skills (photography and videography) and lighting techniques mandatory.
• Creative Aptitude: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills in both static and dynamic visual content.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects, and can work effectively under deadlines.

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Qualifications

• Knowledge of animation techniques (2D/3D).
• Experience with UI/UX principles for digital content.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS).

The Role: Video Editor Cum Graphics Designer

The Video Editor Cum Graphics Designer will be the driving force behind our brand's visual and multimedia presence. This role requires a blend of creative design skills, technical proficiency in media production (photo/video), and a strategic understanding of various digital platforms, including social media, to effectively communicate our brand message, engage our audience, and support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design:

• Design and produce engaging digital content, including graphics, banners, flyers, short videos, infographics, presentations, and other marketing materials for various platforms (social media, website, email campaigns).
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, tone, and overall marketing strategy.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for creative assets.

Photography & Videography:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for promotional, educational, and internal use (product/service showcases, testimonials, event coverage, staff profiles).
• Manage and organize the media asset library.

Social Media Management:

• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns and create platform-specific content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge online presence.

Website & Digital Assets:

• Provide graphic support for the company website and digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, boosted posts).

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Collaborate with internal teams (Executive director, Program, HR, Field staff) to fulfill their creative media needs and ensure consistency across all departments.
