Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Proven experience as a cinematographer or videographer with a strong showreel/portfolio.
∎ Expert in camera handling for both still and video content (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema Cameras).
∎ Proficient in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
∎ Good sense of visual composition, lighting, and framing.
∎ Strong understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and color grading.
∎ Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
∎ Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability through visuals.
∎ Basic knowledge of sound editing is a plus.
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema cameras for shooting high-quality videos and still images.
∎ Plan and execute video shoots, including lighting, framing, and composition.
∎ Shoot various formats including brand commercials, corporate videos, testimonials, interviews, reels, events, and product videos.
∎ Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
∎ Perform color correction, audio syncing, basic motion graphics, and sound visualising for professional-quality outputs.
∎ Maintain and manage camera equipment, lighting setups, and other necessary gear.
∎ Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand the visual goal and deliver accordingly.
∎ Organize and manage video footage and maintain project backups.
∎ Keep up with current trends in visual storytelling, editing styles, and cinematography.
