Responsibilities & Context:

• Team Leadership & Management – Lead and mentor a team of video editors, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards, efficient workflows, and timely project delivery.

• Project Coordination – Oversee multiple video production projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, deadlines, and brand guidelines.

• Workflow Optimization – Design, implement, and maintain streamlined editing processes, file management systems, and quality control checks to enhance productivity.

• Creative Direction – Provide constructive editorial feedback, ensure creative consistency across all video outputs, and maintain alignment with the brand’s tone and objectives.

• Resource Allocation – Assign tasks, balance workloads, and manage schedules to maximize team efficiency.

• Client & Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, revisions, and approvals, facilitating seamless collaboration between clients, editors, and internal departments.

• Training & Development – Mentor and develop video editors by providing learning opportunities, introducing advanced editing tools, and keeping the team updated on industry trends.

• Quality Assurance – Review and approve final edits to ensure videos meet technical specifications, storytelling objectives, and creative standards.

• Performance Monitoring – Track team performance, set KPIs, and prepare detailed reports on project timelines, quality, and efficiency.

• Technology & Tool Management – Manage editing software, plugins, and workflow tools to ensure the team has the necessary resources to work effectively.
