Job Responsibilities:
∎ to ensure the overall academic and administrative functions as well as assistance to the Principal
∎ to coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement
∎ guide and train the new teachers and employees to get accustomed to the system of the school
∎ responsible for disciplining the students and administration
∎ prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, Teaching materials according to the CAIE standard
∎ develop training module, handbook and School policies as required
∎ ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the CAIE syllabus
∎ make strategic plans for admissions
∎ solve academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians, and External Offices (Government Office, Private Office and other institutions) when required
∎ organise annual programs (Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates, Events etc.)
∎ take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the School
∎ conduct Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the OIS standard
∎ responsible for overall safety and security of the students and staffs
∎ taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job role
∎ all work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
∎ excellent IT skills
∎ outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
∎ models professional and ethical standards when dealing with visitors, students, parents, colleagues, and community
∎ meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, coordinating
∎ can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Manager and administrators
∎ any gender, and person with disabilities can apply
