∎ Post Graduation from any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the overall academic and administrative functions as well as assistance to the Principal.
∎ To coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement.
∎ Guide and train the new teachers and employees to get accustomed to the system of the school.
∎ Responsible for disciplining the students and administration.
∎ Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, Teaching materials according to the CAIE standard.
∎ Develop training module, handbook and School policies as required.
∎ Ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the CAIE syllabus.
∎ Make strategic plans for admissions.
∎ Solve academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians, and External Offices (Government Office, Private Office and other institutions) when required.
∎ Organize annual programs (Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates, Events etc.)
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the School.
∎ Conduct Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the OIS standard.
∎ Responsible for overall safety and security of the students and staffs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong computer skills and proficiency
∎ Fluency in oral, written English.
∎ Competent in office administration skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Excellent communication and listening abilities
∎ Should have leadership, organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
∎ Work experience in English medium School will get preference.
