Responsibilities & Context:
∎ -Ensure the overall academic and administrative functions as well as assistance to the Principal -Coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement -Guide and train the new teachers and employees to get accustomed to the system of the school -Responsible for disciplining the students and administration -Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, Teaching materials according to the CAIE(Cambridge Assessment International Education) standard develop training module, handbook and School policies as required -Ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the CAIE syllabus make strategic plans for admissions -Solve academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians, and External Offices (Government Office, Private Office and other institutions) when required -Organize annual programs (Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates, Events etc.) take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the School -Conduct Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the OIS standard -Responsible for overall safety and security of the students and staffs -Taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job role -All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result
