Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing academic performance, discipline and improvement of the entire school;
∎ Developing, implementing and reviewing policies, rules, procedures, schedules, curriculum activities, extra-curricular activities, etc. of the school;
∎ Coaching, guiding or assisting all the teachers, students, and other staff in day to day school affairs;
∎ Assisting Principal of the school to control administration of the school with the priority given to teachers, students, other staff, and school or local community along with addressing the problem pertaining to these segments individually;
∎ Managing programmes of the school, evaluating lessons along with observing classes on a regular basis;
∎ Maintaining visibility with the teachers, students, and parents;
∎ Assisting Principal to develop and maintain community relationship by arranging meetings with parents on a regular interval;
∎ Helping to manage disciplinary procedures being within the school management practices;
∎ Any other assignment at the discretion of the management of school committee;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Teaching professionals with administrative exposures will only be preferred for this position.
∎ Ability of decision making;
∎ Interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ A good level of leadership skill;
∎ Ability to implement extra-curricular activities;
∎ Sound knowledge of school management and modern concept of schooling;
∎ Good in MS Office package and networking application;
