Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ From any reputed Public/Private University with B.Ed or M.Ed or both.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Academic Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of planning and implementation of overall Academic activities in an IT enabled environment that should have distinct uniqueness and would include both main curriculum & co-curricular activities.
∎ Should be able to plan and organize various Skill Development Programs.
∎ Should be able to create a unique academic environment that goes very well with the standard of the institution.
∎ Should be able to analyze individual students' performance (weaknesses) and plan for remedial actions with the help of faculty.
∎ Should be able to judge the needs, plan and organize teachers' training & development' programs.
∎ Should be able to control, supervise and produce best possible performance from the Academic Staff.
∎ Should develop and maintain good rapport with the colleagues.
∎ Should be able to get best output from the Governing Body, United Trust and bdeducation for academic excellence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years of teaching career having experiences as a Vice Principal or Principal in any reputed School & College.
∎ Experience in Academic Administration.
∎ Sound academic background.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Excellent English Communication skills.
∎ Must have desired level of Skills in adapting Software and digital academic platform.
∎ Must have experiences on "Induction and Pedagogical Training" programs.
∎ Journal/Research publication will be considered as added qualification.
∎ Experience in conducting and managing Teachers’ Training programs.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive remuneration will be offered to the ideal candidate.
