Educational Requirements:
∎ An Advocate of Bar Council/ Bar at Law/LL.M from recognized university with 8 year practical experiences in related field. Preference will be given to the candidates having of Islami Life Insurance Company;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works with other executive colleagues and departmental managers to implement plans and policies throughout the organization;
∎ Works with the retainer and team of assistants to monitor and track progress of the pending cases and other legal issues;
∎ Maintain record of all pending cases and ensure timely attendance of Company representative/lawyer in the court and update Management.
∎ Analyses the company's financial obligation related to the pending cases and update to the management;
∎ Determines ways to reduce number of litigation/court cases and minimize the legal costs;
∎ Engages in high-level negotiations as representative of the Company to settle or file case to protect the company interest;
∎ To generate lucrative contracts or build beneficial relationships with companies and individuals;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Experience in Law Firm or Corporate Legal Affairs Department dealing with Corporate legal affairs;
∎ Advanced knowledge in Insurance Law, Companies Act, Labour Law, Securities Laws, Anti-Corruption;
∎ Team player, agile mindset and with positive attitude;
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skill;
∎ General IT knowledge
∎ Business acume
