Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA major in Finance/Accounting from any recognized university with 7 year experiences in related field i.e. shariah based islami life insurance company.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Purpose of the position of the VP( Internal Audit) (Deserving candidate may be offered higher position)
∎ Objectively review the organization`s business processes. Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place. Protect against fraud and theft of the organization`s assets.
∎ Specifically, his/her responsibilities include day-to-day management of the internal audit function and supervision of a corporate audit department; performing an annual risk assessment of the business; developing and implementing an internal audit plan; overseeing the evaluation and testing of internal controls; and

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and implement risk based internal audit plan.
∎ To manage day to day internal audit activities of the Company.
∎ To evaluate existing internal control and risk management system and suggest improvement, if any and ensure implementation.
∎ To manage and evaluate performance of the resources and recommend necessary action to the management.
∎ To provide assurance to the management in connection to proper risk management and internal control system in place.
∎ To provide consulting service to the management on requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferable.
∎ Chartered Accountant with 5 years'experience in Internal Audit in an islami shariah based life insurance company preferable.
∎ Analytical and critical thinking
∎ Communication skills
∎ Data mining and analytics
∎ General IT knowledge
∎ Business acumen
∎ Age: No limit for experienced and fit candidate
