Job Context:
∎ The ideal candidate for this position should be highly creative, passionate about VFX, and very detail-oriented. A large part of this position involves developing and editing assets for our communication contents. So, the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys keying, rotoscoping, and compositing, by keeping in mind that creating awesome and effective VFX assets is more art than science.
∎ More importantly, the ideal candidate is someone who is fun, respectful, kind, and aligns well with all of expressions core values.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compositing and making VFX shots for TVC/OVC/ Online contents.
∎ Participate in pre-production meetings.
∎ Anticipate problems and present solutions adapted to time and budget constraints.
∎ Recruit, arrange and manage teams for production.
∎ Evaluate the utility of new tools/software that are available on the market.
∎ Monitor technological developments.
∎ Lighting, compositing, look development and rendering.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Photoshop and illustrator.
∎ Expert in using Adobe Creative Cloud (especially After Effects).
∎ Knowledge of other compositing software and 3D software is welcomed.
∎ Experience on-set (camera operation, lighting, etc.) is welcomed.
∎ Good file management and organizational skills.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla & English.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 70000 (Monthly)
