Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Education: Master’s in Accounting/Finance (CGPA 3.50+)

  • Preferred: CA (CC) / CMA ((Partly qualified with a minimum score of 1400 marks) / LLB

Strong knowledge of RJSC-related activities

  • You may be required to travel to different project sites, client locations, or government offices (such as VAT, Tax, RJSC and Customs authorities) as necessary for official duties.

  • You will faithfully perform your duties, assignments and maintain confidentiality relating to your services and the company matters.

  • You will maintain punctuality, discipline and confidentiality relating to your services and the company matters.

  • You will not act and involve yourself in any manner or form that may hamper company’s interest or cause damage to company’s reputation and goodwill.

  • Your job is transferable within the Group Companies at any time as decided by the Management.

  • If there is any unfortunate reason for you to leave this company in future then you will hand over all properties and instruments of the Company you will be using as well as the legal documents and confidential information of the Company to the Management on or well before the date of your last working day.

  • As VAT & Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance with VAT, Tax, and Customs regulations of Bangladesh. Preparing and submitting VAT returns, tax filings, and other statutory reports.

  • Advising Management on tax planning, exemptions, and regulatory changes. Liaising with the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and other regulatory bodies

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and corporate finance fundamentals

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, data analysis, pivot tables); familiarity with ERP/financial software will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla

  • High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global business environment

Office Time: Saturday – Thursday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & file VAT, TDS, and Tax returns as per NBR regulations

  • Maintain all VAT, TAX & AIT documentation for company & sister concerns

  • Handle NBR & audit queries with proper compliance

  • Advise management on tax planning & regulatory updates

  • Liaise with NBR, Customs & Tax authorities
