Responsibilities & Context:
R.M Automobiles is looking for some energetic, enthusiastic Candidates for their Lubricants market. Candidates who have really good experience in related industry will extra privileges.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular VAT compliance as per Government rules and law.
- Ensure timely Payment of VAT, VDS etc. as per Govt.
- Rules using appropriate form/ treasury challans.
- Manage relationship with VAT & Customs Circle/Division Office.
- Ensure timely Preparation and maintain of all Musak (example 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 6.6, 6.7,6.8, 4.3 etc), VAT register, & Other VAT papers.
- Ensure all VAT registers and records conforming to VAT laws are updated in a timely manner.
- Ensure preparation of timely VAT Return and ensure its submission to relevant authorities with due diligence.
- Weekly, Monthly & Yearly VAT Related documentary Report.
- Any other task as per management requirement.
- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the warehouse.
- Plan and coordinate the receiving, storing, and dispatching of products.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain detailed records of warehouse activities.
- Supervise warehouse staff, conduct training, and enforce safety policies.
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Production, etc.) to fulfill inventory needs.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management practices.
