Additional Requirements:

• Must have knowledge or working idea on Boiler, Generator & Substation, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant,  Air Compressor, Nitrogen Plant.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and/or as part of a team.

• Must have the ability to work different shifts and overtime that includes possibility of short-term and long-term shift reassignment to match the business needs.

• Knowledge on basic maintenance and troubleshooting of Utility Plant Machinery and Equipment.

• Have competency on computer; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong Mindset for accomplishing quality work with honesty, loyalty and following company’s Occupational Health & Safety, Quality & Food Safety and other Policies.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Operates and Maintains all Utility Machinery and Equipment such as Power Generator, Refrigeration Plant, Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant, Air Compressor and Nitrogen Generator, etc. as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or Working Instructions (WI).

• Monitors equipment and takes reading at designated intervals; tracks the status of the system and prepares reports that account for equipment performance.

• Performs scheduled plant inspections, and records observations in the logbook.

• Monitors system performance and starts and stops equipment as required.

• Maintains Utility plant Logbooks, Registers, Records and other documents as per ISO standard.

• Performs any emergency maintenance or makes minor repairs.

• Troubleshoots and corrects any technical issues related with Utilities in shifts.

• Assists maintenance team on performing preventive maintenance e.g. disassembling, cleaning, lubrication, replacement or overhauling machinery.

• Notifies line manager about any critical problem requiring special attention on time.

• Provides all technical support in installation and commissioning of Utility plant system and machinery as per project requirement.

• Attends work related meetings and trainings on company policies and/or procedures or development initiatives.

• Adheres to Safety, Quality and Environmental programs at the factory.

• Ensures cleaning and 5S of work area as per Code of Practice (CoP).

• Performs any other duties as assigned.
