Job Context:
∎ Resource Integration Centre (RIC) is a national NGO since 1981 in Bangladesh. RIC has been implemented USAID`s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening project, funded by USAID`s and Technical Supported by Save the Children International under 4 Districts like Noakhali, Feni, Cox`s Bazar and Chittagang. RIC is seeking application from the potential candidate on the below position:
∎ Reportable to: District Coordinator
∎ Project: USAID`s MaMoni MNCSP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Responsibilities: Detail of responsibilities (specific task/activities)
∎ Program Implementation: Preparing Upazila DIP as per WP and breakdown quarterly for implementation
∎ Develop Upazila DIP setting projection along with budgets, micro level activities and sharing of final UZ DIP with stakes
∎ Supervision of activities and ensure timely implementation following protocols, guidelines and directives.
∎ Analysis, Progress review sharing and re-planning
∎ Capacity building of GOB field level staffs at upazila below level.
∎ Developing training plan for GO, NGO field workers in.
∎ Organizing training, workshop, orientation for capacity development of GoB and other stakes.
∎ Community entry and ensure community engagement
∎ Facilitate entering in community following SCI strategy and ensuring community engagement.
∎ Ensure and follow up of Community Micro Planning Meeting and execution of action points.
∎ Coordination and advocacy with UH&FPO to activate CG and CSG meetings through CHCP.
∎ Strengthening LGI on MNH issues
∎ Facilitate strengthening functional linkage between MOH and UP.
∎ Facilitating UP for their active engagement in MNH issues
∎ Follow up of implementation of the action points generated in participatory planning.
∎ Facilitate to make UH&FWC-MC functional.
∎ Strengthening strategically located facilities
∎ Participate in facility assessment at upazila below levels and service improvement planning (participatory planning)
∎ Identify opportunities to engage communities including LGI for addressing the gaps.
∎ Social Accountability
∎ Ensure all the steps as per guideline for SA approaches
∎ Regularly follow up implementation of SA activities in the facilities
∎ Monitoring and quality assurance: Close monitoring and observation of FWV/Paramedic, FWA/CHW, HA, CHCP activities:
∎ Monitoring and follow up of community and facility-based activities of FWV/Paramedic and FWA/CHW, HA and CHCP
∎ Conducting JSV and DQA with GOB officials and recording and sharing of field observations & coordination.
∎ NNHP/MH checklist/FP compliance monitoring checklist fill up, KOBO toolbox, Activity Tracking sheet, eMIS trouble shooting, QMIS data collection.
∎ Establish referral mechanism.
∎ Administrative, financial and reporting: Financial and administrative activities
∎ Prepare UZ progress report in prescribed format with GoB and project source documents.
∎ Ensure appropriate Financial and Administrative Management in compliance with organizational policy and guideline
∎ Track burn rate and Budget vs Actual analysis.
∎ Advocacy, Coordination, communication and liaison: Maintain communication, liaison and effective coordination with UZ & below level MOH&FW official & LGI
∎ Attending all meeting/seminar/WS held at upazila & below
∎ Facilitation of organizing joint events and observe at union and UZ level.
∎ Mobilize civil society, community leaders, Community Support Group and other elite for necessary support to ensure quality implementation of activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 years' working experience in relevant field and at least 5 years in related to GOB Health, Family Planning, LGI in any National/International development organization.
∎ Extensive knowledge on GoB health eMIS system.
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum of Seven years' experience in working with GoB health and Family Planning sectors.
∎ Fluency spoken and written in English language is essential
∎ Able to drive Motorcycle and having valid driving license.
∎ Able to understand inform choice, right base approach, SRHR , privacy and confidentiality maintain.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of the public health systems/GoB health and Family Planning systems and National Health Service strategy of Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and experience with developing working relations with government, civil society and other development partners.

Salary:
∎ 44,099/= Monthly. Yearly Increment, 2 Festival bonus and T&DA as per organization`s policy
