∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects (please include a link to your portfolio).
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
∎ Experience in creating user-centered designs and solving complex user experience challenges.
∎ Strong understanding of the principles of responsive and adaptive design.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ A keen eye for detail, creativity, and innovation.
∎ Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
∎ Experience with motion design or interactive design.
∎ Familiarity with design systems and front-end development practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand business requirements and user needs.
∎ Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
∎ Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
∎ Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to optimize design solutions.
∎ Incorporate feedback into designs and iterate based on testing outcomes.
∎ Ensure consistency in design language and user experience across various projects.
∎ Stay current with UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas into our projects.
∎ Contribute to building a design system and ensure it is used effectively across all products.
