∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Proven experience in UI/UX and graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
∎ Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
∎ Expertise in responsive design and mobile-first development.
∎ Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and modern design trends.
∎ Understanding of grid systems, layout principles, and motion design.
∎ Familiarity with market research methods and their application in design.
∎ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
∎ Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
∎ Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.
∎ Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
∎ Familiarity with branding and marketing design principles

∎ Design modern, responsive website layouts and intuitive user interfaces.
∎ Develop and customize visually appealing website templates for diverse industries.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into impactful designs.
∎ Create creative assets, including graphics, illustrations, banners, and visual elements.
∎ Ensure designs adhere to SEO best practices and optimize user engagement.
∎ Conduct market research to align designs with user needs and industry standards.
∎ Document design processes, layouts, and key decisions for future reference.
∎ Integrate micro-animations and motion design to enhance interactivity and user experience.
∎ Apply grid systems and layout principles to craft balanced, visually appealing designs.
∎ Follow responsive design principles with a mobile-first approach for all projects.
