• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Understanding: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a passion for delivering quality and innovative design solutions.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Hands-on experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, React/Vue/Angular).
• Understanding of UX principles, design systems, and user research methodologies.
• Ability to design for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and deliver independently.

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Developer to join our team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive web and mobile applications while being able to work independently and manage client projects confidently.

This role requires someone who can blend creativity with technical skills, take ownership of projects, and deliver polished, functional, and intuitive user experiences.

Location: Onsite – Moakhali DOHS, Dhaka

Work Hours: 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop modern UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Implement responsive front-end designs with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with developers to turn designs into fully functional applications.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to improve user experience.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
