Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation in any discipline (preferably Computer Science background)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain full design systems including complex component creation, variants, functional documentation and maintenance
∎ Work with data-heavy or complex UIs on B2B Web/Mobile software and dashboard projects and be able to solve problems that UIs may create
∎ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flow, wireframing, sitemaps, and prototyping
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
∎ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
∎ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
∎ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
∎ Help to develop and maintain a library of UI components
∎ Design clean, intuitive, and functional user interfaces across multiple devices and platforms
∎ Create Information Architecture, Usability, Graphic Design, Prototyping, and testing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Key Requirements:
∎ Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
∎ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically XD, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop)
∎ Knowledge of Web, iPhone and Android UI patterns
∎ Extensive knowledge of key UI/UX principles (Information Architecture, Usability, Graphic Design, Prototyping, Testing)
∎ Proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, XD, Framer etc.
∎ Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
∎ Able to pay strong attention to details and have a keen eye for aesthetics
∎ Excellent communication skill and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
∎ Strong team player who can collaborate effectively under all circumstances
