• Providing counsel and information regarding visa application process to the applicants.

• Understanding the requirements of the different visa categories.

• Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork.

• Answering any queries and providing support for visa-related matters.

• Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

• Remaining up-to-date with the latest immigration policies.

• Creating and maintaining an accurate and well-structured filing system.

• Managing the update of visa records in the system.

• Making sure clients comply with the terms and conditions of the visas.

• Ensure accuracy when assisting with the coordination, issuance, and handling of visas.

• Advice and guide applicants through the visa application process.

• Keep up to date with current visa rules and regulations.

• Organize and manage documents and other paperwork in an organized manner.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
