• Conduct research to identify potential inbound tourism markets and trends. Analyze data to understand visitor preferences, behaviors, and spending patterns.
• Provide information and assistance to inbound tourists, including recommendations for accommodations, dining, transportation, and activities. Ensure that visitors have a positive experience and access to necessary resources.
• Research and identify potential inbound and outbound tourism destinations based on market demand, travel trends, and customer preferences: including itinerary planning, booking arrangements, visa assistance, travel insurance, and travel advisories. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assess the suitability of destinations in terms of safety, attractions, accessibility, and cultural experiences.
• Forge partnerships with international travel agencies, airlines, tourism boards, and other organizations to promote the destination and facilitate travel arrangements.
• Assess potential risks and hazards associated with outbound travel, such as health risks, safety concerns, political instability, and natural disasters. Provide travelers with relevant information and guidance to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Ensure that outbound travelers have the necessary documentation, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, and comply with all legal requirements and regulations related to international travel.
• Develop contingency plans and protocols for handling emergencies or crises that may arise during outbound travel, such as medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or civil unrest. Provide assistance and support to travelers in distress. Compensation & Other Benefits:
