Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a witty personality with excellent communication skills with correct delivery of words and products. This profession involves training in geographical knowledge, itinerary building, Ticketing and customizing, tourism’s scope, and how to sell Travel Packages.
∎ Job Type - Work from Office (Mirpur 10, Dhaka)
∎ Working Days - 6 Days/week (Rotational Off)
∎ This job is only for Passionate, Motivated, and Zealous individuals!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To undertake the proceedings related to B2C and B2B sales of the company
∎ To handle the social media only in context and relevance to consultancy and sales
∎ To prepare custom itineraries as demanded by leads
∎ To maintain a healthy and quality relationship with all the leads, and clients
∎ To assist and resolve problems raised by travelers booked by the employee
∎ To handle the chats over Instagram & WhatsApp, and calls as per the quality trained and required by the company.
∎ To represent a trustable face of Ether Travels to people interacting with the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Very fluent communication (English and Bangla)
∎ Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field Preferred
∎ A person who is interested to meet potential clients
∎ Basic Knowledge of airline ticketing
∎ Convincing Skills, Negotiation skills
∎ Typing and handling multiple chats simultaneously
∎ Ability to learn about a variety of products (Travel Packages and destinations)
∎ Understanding the Customer Needs
∎ Patience
∎ Sales and Marketing
∎ Serving with Hospitality
∎ 1-2 years relevant experience in Travel Sales and Client Management.
