Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Travel Consultant with great knowledge and experience on international packages.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Panthapath)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counseling to clients regarding all types of holidays packages.
∎ Make hotel and tour reservations, correspond and liaise with hotels or suppliers.
∎ Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with local and overseas vendors.
∎ Building Relationship with Airlines and Hotels (Local & International).
∎ Maintain all online/ offline marketing communications on social media, email, website etc.
∎ Monitor, supervise & execute travel plans.
∎ Must have strong knowledge about Visa processing of several countries of the world.
∎ Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements and all Embassy Formalities.
∎ Create new and maintain existing relationships with local organizations, hotels, companies, etc. in the tourism industry.
∎ Sound knowledge in written and verbal communications skill in English.
∎ Market visit, client hunt & creating market opportunity.
∎ Achieve monthly & annual sales target in coordination with customers.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about MS office, Advanced Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, networking.
