∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Tour Operator, Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline ticketing & reservation, creating PNR, issuing and reissuing ticket.
∎ Dealing with customers' queries and complaints about ticketing.
∎ Quick respond to clients' query through phone, email, social media & in-person.
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Design & develop foreign tour packages.
∎ Arrange/follow-up VISA Processing.
∎ Counselling with clients to choose the better destination.
∎ Describing the sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
∎ Book hotels & transportation.
∎ Market visit, client hunt & creating market opportunity.
∎ Build a positive interpersonal relationship with clients.
∎ Achieve monthly & annual sales target in coordination with customers.
∎ Knowledge of oral and written communication skill in English.
∎ Must have knowledge about MS office, internet browsing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skills with Microsoft Excel
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Must be experienced
∎ Honest and committed to work a long period in organization
∎ Proven working experience as a travel consultant
∎ Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-travel)
∎ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
∎ Exemplary sales skills and customer service oriented approach
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises

Salary: Negotiable
