Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ English proficiency with good skill and experience Bachelor in any discipline is sufficient. But, it's better if you have degree on tourism. **MUST HAVE MICROSOFT OFFICE AND SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT DISTRIBUTION KNOWLEDGE.

Management, Reservation, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration/Visa Processing, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertaking various travel and tourism related tasks using digital technologies,
∎ Booking hotel, issuing ticket, printing and emailing ticket from GDS backend using standard GDS command,
∎ User amadeus command line interface for flight ticketing,
∎ Online payment gateway management for travel ticketing,
∎ Ensuring ticket authenticity and maintaining required documentation,
∎ Coordinating with other departments,
∎ Ensuring all bookings & reservations are processed accurately,
∎ Selling airline ticket, visas, packages etc
∎ Selling holiday and travel products to customers
∎ Should have experience in Issuances, Re- Issuances, Refunds (full & partial) and Cancellation.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge of routing, current fare rules, and commissions.
∎ Dealing with complicated customer itineraries
∎ Handling customer orders and payments
∎ Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules
∎ Strategic planning and preparing contents for various Travel Services including Holiday, Flight, Hotel, Visa, Car, Bus, Consultancy etc.
∎ Developing outdoor and indoor branding strategy to increase the brand visibility
∎ Provide competitive but profitable airfare.
∎ Follow approved policies and procedures.
∎ Provide alternatives for customer travel.
∎ Inform clearly all customers of terms, conditions and cancellation policy for each booking.
∎ Handle customer complaints with diplomacy.
∎ Maintaining a regular record of the transactions made in excel sheet on daily basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience on Amadeus command line interface
∎ Must have experience on flight search, book, issue ticket, create PNR, print and email ticket, refund, reissue using standard GDS command preferably Amadeus
∎ Having experience in Galileo will be a huge plus
∎ Professional experience on technologies related to travel tourism
∎ Highly motivated, professional, desperate to learn new technologies, positive and enthusiastic
∎ Highly passionate on the job and ability to work with a big team
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time and ability to deliver quality output within the deadline.
∎ Reservation / Ticketing, Guest / Client Relation, Travel Agent / Tour Operator Operations, Visa Processing.
∎ Good graphics sense and knowledge in tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
∎ Proficiency in Office Suite (e.g. MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.)
∎ Self-Motivated with ability to work independently under constant deadline pressure and beyond normal office hour, if occasionally needed, for launching campaigns and other time bound deliverables
∎ Excellent communications and interpersonal relationship/stakeholder management skills in both writing (Bangla and English) and personal interaction
∎ Taking ownership and delivering with integrity and sincerity at all levels
