Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• HSC or equivalent.

• Diploma in Automobile Engineering/Training courses in fleet management will be given priority

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet usage

• Smart, energetic, well-groomed, and disciplined personality

• Prepare and manage daily transport schedules for staff pickup and drop

• Monitor and control vehicle movement; track via log sheets, logbooks, and GPS

• Ensure regular maintenance, servicing, and repair of company vehicles

• Maintain proper records of vehicles, drivers, fuel consumption, and incidents/accidents

• Manage driver duty rosters and ensure discipline and compliance

• Monitor fuel usage and prepare monthly consumption reports

• Ensure all vehicle documents (tax token, fitness, insurance, route permit) are valid and updated

• Maintain a database of all company vehicles and related information

• Coordinate emergency repairs and resolve on-spot mechanical issues

• Perform any other task as assigned by management
