Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Summary: The position holder reports to the Upazila WASH Coordinator of SAWRP - II of Bhola Sadar/Daulatkhan Upazila, Organizing and conducting training, coaching of different stakeholders for building capacity regarding WASH interventions at community and school, document best practices, prepare and submit progress report capacity building of the project; Preparing training plan and budget of the Project at Bhola Sadar/ Daulatkhan Upazila on the basis of Results Framework.
∎ Works on a day-to-day basis with Upazila WASH Coordinator, Field Engineer and WASH Facilitators to ensure optimal delivery of project through high quality and timely implementation.
∎ Provide technical support to the WASH Facilitator for identifying potential Natural Leaders and Rural Sanitation Engineers (community volunteers) who will be trained up on the facilitation of community awareness sessions and support households on the installation of hygienic latrine with locally available materials.
∎ Conduct training for the local private entrepreneurs (local latrine producer) on sanitation marketing approach for enhancing the business through the production and installation of multi latrine options/sanitation goods and increase the services at community level.
∎ Coordination with Upazila WASH Coordinators and Field Engineers at Upazila level and WASH Facilitators at Union level for the qualitative and quantitative achievement of key project deliverables. Maintain regular communication with Government Health staffs, school teachers, and student council for building capacity on the promotion of hygiene practices.
∎ Maintains functional relationship and coordination with other programme teams/departments across the organization and ensures policy compliances.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 03 years working experience to conduct and facilitate training/orientation on Water Sanitation and Hygiene related project in development organizations;
∎ at least 2 years practical working experiences on promoting WASH through CLTS/SLTS and Sanitation Marketing approaches and Hygiene Promotion through BCC/Child to Child approaches; and working with Local Government Institutions;
∎ Specialized training on Water Sanitation and Hygiene; Community Led Total Sanitation including PRA; Promoting sanitation ladder with Sanitation Marketing approach through Local Sanitation Entrepreneurs; School Sanitation and Hygiene Education through Child - to - child approach and with must computer skill and training facilitation
∎ Special Skill:
∎ - Hands-on computer (MS Office, PowerPoint) operating skills.
∎ - Motorcycle driving with valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 33000 - 35000 (Monthly)
