Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain regular communication to keep students engaged.
Set up training venues with all necessary materials and equipment.
Provide course access and ensure students receive materials on time.
Share session reminders and updates with both trainers and participants.
Be present at all sessions to offer real-time IT and coordination support.
Keep detailed records of student progress and trainer performance.
Coordinate and manage training events, workshops, and related activities.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
