∎ Minimum three years' proven experience of innovative product and/or market promotion
∎ Understanding and knowledge about the work of international development organization and NGOs
∎ Good command over English - both spoken and written
∎ Strong communication and facilitation skill
∎ Proactive work aptitude is a must
∎ Demonstrated skill in planning and reporting
∎ Understanding and knowledge about eCommerce and IT based solutions
