Educational Requirements:
∎ Civil engineering diploma/SEC K certified from BCA Singapore in relevant skills will get priority

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cladding installation
∎ Curtain wall installation
∎ Joinery
∎ Timber door window installation
∎ Enhance aluminium formwork

Additional Requirements:
∎ Has to live in lodgings provided by the institute
∎ Prior experience as a trainer in Singapore certified training centres is beneficial but not required Strictly prohibited from engaging in student admission and IPA related businesses
∎ There should be no commercial mentality with students, and communication with students will be for sole purpose of training and classes
∎ Excellent communication skills in English
∎ An active team player
∎ Maintain tools and materials inventory
∎ Well mannered and professional attitude
∎ Additional refresher courses will be arranged, but trainer must have a proactive attitude in staying up-to-date with all relevant trade skills
