Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc Eng/Diploma in Leather/ footwear/leather products engineering
∎ 3 years' hands on experience in the leather industry is mandatory if candidates do not have B. Sc Eng/Diploma.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Applicant need to perform as trainer for the following courses:
∎ Cutting Machine Operation (Footwear and/or Leather Goods)
∎ Sewing Machine Operation (Footwear and/or Leather Goods)
∎ Setting Operation (Footwear)
∎ Setting & Assembling Operation (Leather Goods)
∎ Lasting & Assembling Operation (Footwear)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop lesson plan through standard curriculum;
∎ Follow effective training method through ensuring trainees participations;
∎ Organize examination/test to assess trainees' performance;
∎ Prepare related documents for enrollment, assessment, certification and job-placement as per organization guideline.
∎ Prepare accomplishment and other related reports and submit to Center in Charge and Assistant Coordinator (Training);
∎ Liable to provide all sorts of cooperation to internal and external team of Monitoring and Audit;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having teaching experience will be given preference.
∎ Candidates from Chittagong, Barishal, Noakhali, Cumilla, Barishal, Rangpur will be given preference
∎ Female, ethnic minority, disadvantages are given preference
∎ Age: Maximum 35 from the date of publishing this advertisement

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
