  • Minimum 03 years of working experience specially in training/Youth and/or Adolescent Center management. Previous working experience in camps will be preferred.

  • Excellent skills in facilitation

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent in teamwork and networking

  • Good computer (MS Office, Excel, and Internet) operating skill

  • Fluent in Chittagonian dialect

The Opportunity

The Trainer is responsible for delivering life skills and awareness training, effectively managing training logistics, and ensuring seamless collaboration with Center in Charges, Community Mobilizers, and project participants. The Trainer also oversees the safety and security of the training environment, including all equipment and materials, while promoting the efficient and effective use of resources. In partnership with the Center in Charge, the Trainer plays a key role in introducing the project to communities through well-structured consultation meetings and interactive engagement sessions. These activities aim to mobilize and actively involve target communities, fostering their participation and support for the successful implementation of project initiatives. Additionally, the Trainer contributes to facilitating meetings with government and local stakeholders, promoting collaboration to assess community needs and support the design and implementation of tailored interventions that drive sustainable development.
