Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
∎ Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs in support of the organization’s needs
∎ Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
∎ Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings to accommodate training schedules
∎ Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
∎ Schedule appropriate training sessions
∎ Train and guide new employees
∎ Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos, etc.
∎ Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

∎ Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills: Communicate with clarity, precision, and influence
∎ Able to engage with participants, connect with them
∎ High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
∎ Fluency in English is MUST
∎ Passion for Continuous Learning
∎ Be able to create presentations and deliver them clearly and confidently
∎ Able to speak to the audience with confidence and control
∎ Listen in a way to understand and respond suitably
∎ Engage in learning continuously to develop skills further
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary quoted will be effective after the successful completion of PROBATION PERIOD
