Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Strong organizational skills together with the ability to multi-task are essential.
∎ Can think logically, have sharp IQ.
∎ Can take ownership and handle responsibilities under pressure.
∎ Discipline & integrity
∎ Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, together with strong interpersonal skills are essential.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication in both English and Bangla.
∎ Must be comfortable with technology.
∎ Applicants must have an eye for detail.

Salary:
∎ During Trainee Period- BDT. 8,000/month. Upon confirmation after trainee period Salary will increase gradually based on performance which is - BDT. 12,000 > 14,000 > 16,000/month
