Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in implementing and configuring software solutions at client sites
∎ Provide training to clients on software functionality and best practices
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients
∎ Conduct surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of support and implementation activities
∎ Perform additional tasks assigned by the department
∎ Willingness to travel and relocate anywhere within Bangladesh
∎ Key Responsibilities:
