∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ At least 1 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
∎ Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla communication.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks in an efficient manner.
∎ Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or individual.
∎ Assist with general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
∎ Assist with incoming and outgoing parcels, courier and deliveries.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organize front desk area in well manner.
∎ Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are set up and prepared for use.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to support various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
∎ Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
∎ Any others official task as assigned by supervisor.
