Responsibilities & Context:
SamSwiss Tours & Travels, a growing name in the tourism and travel industry, is looking for a skilled and experienced Tourist Visa Expert to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete tourist visa processing for countries such as India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Turkey, Egypt, and others.
- Guide clients through visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up with embassies, consulates, and visa centers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing accurate and updated information.
- Maintain proper records of applications and support documents.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
